Don’t let wokery trash our traditions

Watson, left, is renaming its Christmas and Easter terms in order to be more ‘inclusive’.

This sort of behaviour needs to be stopped now. We live in a Christian country and our traditions and values should continue to be celebrated.

I am a Dragon parent with three children at the school. I read the email from the head teacher and didn’t bat an eyelid. If this is ‘wokery run riot’, as one parent claims, then bring on more of it. We should be more woke, more inclusive and less elitist.

I’ve never understood how cancelling the celebrations of the majority culture is ‘inclusive’. Would they do the same for Christians in the countries where these offended minorities are the majority?
