The 1988 horror movie Child’s Play spawned a host of sequels, and now the demonic doll at the centre of them all is coming to TV, with Chucky still voiced by Brad Dourif. It begins when teenager Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur, right) buys a vintage Good Guy doll at a yard sale, little guessing that he’s setting in motion a series of murders that will expose the hypocrisies and secrets lurking in his town. ★★★★☆
