The SNP is furious that UK Home Secretary Priti Patel has said Scotland is not doing enough to house foreign asylum seekers. In 2015, Nicola Sturgeon said she would be ‘happy’ to take a Syrian refugee family into her home. She didn’t, but perhaps she could now take in a few of the 42,149 homeless people in Scotland.
