Hey, designer! Leave our tartan alone

I feel I have to write on behalf of my whole family to express our upset at your article about Lucy Buchanan designing a new Buchanan tartan. It is horrendous. There is no need to have a new one with completely different colours. We are proud of our tartan and it is a popular one with many people who are not Buchanans as well. Leave our tartan alone.
