Charlie Appleby has trained the winner of the English, French and Irish Guineas with three different horses this season after NATIVE TRAIL justified favouritism in the Emerald Isle yesterday. The three-year-old colt was strong at the finish yet again and can improve further for a step up in trip to 10 furlongs.
