WHAT’S AT STAKE TODAY

Man City v Aston Villa Liverpool v Wolves

THE TITLE

It is a simple equation. If Manchester City can beat Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium, they will retain the trophy. Anything less for Pep Guardiola’s side, who are only one point clear at the top, then Liverpool could claim their third piece of silverware of the season by defeating Wolves at Anfield. A draw would not be enough for manager Jurgen Klopp (left), irrespective of the result at the Etihad, as City boast the better goal difference by a margin of six goals.

Arsenal v Everton Norwich v Tottenham Brighton v West Ham C Palace v Man United

EUROPEAN PLACES

If Tottenham at least draw at Norwich, they will beat Arsenal to the fourth Champions League spot. If

Spurs lose, Mikel Arteta’s side need to beat Everton to make the top four, with Chelsea guaranteed to finish third. However, Arsenal will make the Europa League at the very least. If Man United win, they will secure its second spot ahead of West Ham. If United draw, David Moyes’s side can sneak into the competition by beating Brighton. Failing that, West Ham are guaranteed to qualify for the Conference League.

Brentford v Leeds Utd Burnley v Newcastle

RELEGATION

It promises to be a nervy afternoon for supporters of both Leeds United and Burnley, one of whom will join Watford and Norwich in the Championship next season.

Burnley are level on points with Leeds but hold a superior goal difference — by a margin of 20 — which means the former will survive if they beat Newcastle at Turf Moor.

Should Burnley draw, however, Leeds will escape the drop by winning at Brentford. If the Magpies were to win, Jesse Marsch’s (pictured) side would need a point to stay up.

Both clubs have lost two of their last three games.
