Dental deal would solve NHS shortage

The shortage of dentists could have been avoided with a bit of Scottish Government foresight. Taxpayers fund student fees here while in England it is £9,250 a year. Those getting a free education should have to agree to work in Scotland for five years to repay taxpayers.
