WHEN Prince Harry was busy promoting his book, I noted how odd it was that the Duchess of Sussex – normally surgically grafted to his side – was nowhere to be seen. We’ve still not seen hide nor hair of her. Until she resurfaces, here’s a picture of Meghan at her most fragrant – a reminder to all her fans of what we are missing.
