MORE WOLVES WOE AS LEEDS HAVE LIFT-OFF

LEEDS moved two points clear of the relegation zone after a feisty 4-2 win at Wolves, who finished the game with 10 men and had another sent off from the bench.

Jack Harrison put Leeds ahead after six minutes before Luke Ayling gave Javi Gracia’s side a 2-0 advantage before the break.

After half-time, Rasmus Kristensen made it 3-0 and seemingly put the game to bed.

Wolves, however, had other ideas. Two goals midway through the second half from Jonny and then Matheus Cunha brought the hosts to within one before the wing-back dealt his side a blow, seeing red for a reckless, studs-up challenge.

Rodrigo restored Leeds’ two-goal cushion in stoppage time before things boiled over on the touchline, with Matheus Nunes getting shown a red card and manager Julen Lopetegui confronting the officials on the park after the final whistle.

Harvey Barnes scored a crucial goal as Leicester gained a point in a 1-1 draw at Brentford.

Mathias Jensen had given the Bees, who had Shandon Baptiste sent off late, the lead before Barnes levelled early in the second half.
