COMEDY THE COCKFIELDS The first series of the well observed sitcom created by Joe Wilkinson and David Earl. Set on the Isle of Wight, it stars Wilkinson as Simon and Diane Morgan as his girlfriend Donna (both below left, with Sue Johnston, Ben Rufus Green and the late Bobby Ball). It begins with Simon and Donna returning to his home to visit his oddball family. BBC2, 10pm
