SNP idea borders on ridiculous
Alarm bells are ringing at SNP HQ. Some of the projections for seats that will be lost at Westminster must be frightening, particularly for those used to the wealth and expenses gravy train.
But, as they now appear to panic and struggle to be relevant, surely the most illthought-through of all their cunning plans is that Scotland should have its own immigration policy.
I am at a total loss to understand how – other than by erecting a new and heavily checkpointed latter-day Hadrian’s Wall. This could not be policed without an army of many thousands.
Why do they not start to think about policies before dramatic, and in all truth idiotic, comments in the House of Commons? Alexander McKay,
