Queen’s friend Celia Vestey, who died unexpectedly in 2020 at the age of 71, left £1.1million in her will.
Newly published probate documents reveal that Lady Vestey left the sum to her family.
Five employees at their magnificent Stowell Park estate in Gloucestershire were also beneficiaries, but there was no mention of her godson, Prince Harry, in her will.
Her husband, Lord Vestey, 79, whose estimated wealth was £717 million, died just a few months later. He was the Queen’s Master of the Horse.
