Horse kick scars Edie’s model looks

TOP model Edie Campbell is such a keen equestrian that she once won the Magnolia Cup at Glorious Goodwood. Yet she’s just been given a painful reminder of how dangerous the sport can be.

‘I got kicked in the face and shoulder by a horse last week,’ discloses Edie, 33 (left), the daughter of Old Etonian Roddy Campbell and architect Sophie Hicks. ‘I had to have emergency plastic surgery.’

She shared pictures of her post-operation results (right). ‘Thanks to my surgeon I escaped with just a cute small scar,’ she says. ‘I had the most swollen and wonky face for a bit.’
