Arrest eco-vandals
THE police have got to clamp down on the uncompromising, bigoted eco-zealots.
They are trying to make vandalism respectable by using any excuse to damage our society by slow walking, glueing themselves to public property or throwing orange powder. Except when done in the name of protest, damaging public and private property is illegal.
If I were to throw powder on my neighbours, the police would be all over me. But apparently this is OK if done in the name of an obscure, meaningless protest. Enough is enough. The police have the powers to arrest these lawbreakers, so why aren’t they using them?
